What is Emotional Intelligence (EQ)?
Emotional
Intelligence (EQ) is the capacity to recognise, utilise, and
regulate one's own feelings in order to reduce stress, communicate clearly,
sympathise with others, overcome difficulties, and diffuse conflict.

1. What are emotions for ?
It is with or without heart that one sees rightly
what is essential is invisible to the eye.

dominant the emotional mind becomes and the more ineffectual the rational.

or resolving these that flareup

makes it easy to enter into an encounter or to recognize and respond fittingly
to peoples feelings and concerns the art of relationship.

- Being
able to detect and have insights about people feelings motives and concerns

knowledge of how others feel can lead to an easy intimacy or sence of rapport.
